In our farm we breed cattle and swines. The meats we produce are not of "traditional" type, but biological. They are not produced according to the demands of the market nor of the price, but exclusively in the respect and in the protection of the genuineness and quality. Each product that you will find on our counters, in fact, directly originates from animals grown in our farm. All the cattle and swines from which the meats originate are bred in a natural way, in open spaces. They are subjected to accurate controls and they are directly fed with the forages of our fields cultivated in a natural way.
